| Until reorganisation at the end of 1997, there was an exhibition room in the Museum of Prehistory in Freiburg, which offered the possibility to create more life like exhibitions. The traditionel costumes of two Celtic burials of a woman and a girl from the huge tumulus "Magdalenenberg" near Villingen in the Black Forest could be reconstructed. A great difference between the appearance of the woman and the girl is easily recognisable. This difference as well as the anthropological and archaeological data from the complete analysis of the "Magdalenenberg" burial mound is discussed and explained in a short informative text for visitors. | |
